TERMS OF LESSON SCHEDULING

1. Lessons are generally scheduled at the same time every week.

2. We appreciate and expect that both parties (you, or we) may have times when a lesson needs to be rearranged, rescheduled, or cancelled.

3. For these reasons, we do not generally charge for cancellations when you are ill, or otherwise.

4. We do reserve the right to charge for unreasonable cancellations, where ‘unreasonable’ is determined by us. Unreasonable may include: late notice, lack of notice, or otherwise dubious behaviour.

5. Any client who schedules an initial session will be liable for payment of that session should they then back out of the agreement.

6. You accept, by booking sessions, that you will not hold Ace Tuition Skipton liable for any lack of desired outcome with respect to educational attainment, test scores, or otherwise. You agree that, whilst Ace Tuition Skipton will endeavour with maximum effort to improve the results of your child, that this cannot be guaranteed. You agree not to publish negative feedback or reviews for any lack of achieved educational goal/outcome. In the event of non-compliance with such terms, you agree to be held liable financially or otherwise for loss of reputation damages, and/or any damages which may be appropriate.

7. You accept and agree to be bound by these terms, which are applicable to each and every tutoring session, via booking sessions. You do not dispute that you are engaging in these terms of service.
